This was an excellent day of photography that is very difficult to describe to those who were not present or who have not
been and experienced the sheer quality and quantity of different work on show. The organisation behind such an event and
the work involved all by volunteers was first class. With regards to Morpeth Camera Club a big thank you to those members
who attended and gave their support. Vince Rooker, John Thompson, Davy Bolam, Dave Illingworth, Elaine Illingworth & Mark
Harrison travelled to Coventry on Friday and stayed until Sunday, all at their own expense. A steep learning curve with regard
to what is needed and the gap between club photography as we know it and the kind of images produced by the top clubs in
this competition, but in the end we were not disgraced & scored the same mark as Northallerton, the other NCPF representative.
Thank you to those members who provided images for use in this event and helped us move another step forwards on our
photographic journey.
