4 Way Interclub Competition Result (Part 1 PDI) - Tuesday 19th November 2013.

On Tuesday 19th November, Gosforth Camera Club were the hosts of the annual 4 - Way Interclub Digital Image
Competition & a warm welcome was offered as visitors arrived at their new meeting place at The Millstone Public
House, at Haddricks Mill, South Gosforth.
Each of the four clubs involved had submitted eight images on any subject & these were judged by David Richardson
from Ryton Camera Club. David passed comment on every entry before marking each image out of thirty. Subjects
ranged from people to landscapes, from sport to natural history and included one image entitled "Torment" by John
Johnson of Gateshead camera club that was awarded a maximum of 30 marks.
When the scores for each clubs images were totalled the result was as follows -
Gateshead........213 marks,
Morpeth............205 marks,
Gosforth...........204 marks,
Cramlington.....198 marks.
This was Part One of a Two Part competition where the marks are added together, so its all to play for when the clubs
return to Gosforth in February for the second leg, when the Colour and Monochrome Print section will be judged.
